Pre-registration (available through February 10, 2017): $60 for the entire weekend (excluding overnight accommodations).

Regular Registration (after February 10, 2017): $75 for the entire weekend (excluding overnight accommodations).

At the Door

Registration Fee (allows you to participate for the day(s) you pay, includes meals for that day)

Friday -- $20 (Includes dinner)
Saturday -- $60 (includes all meals during the time you are present)
Sunday --N/A*

*Because we need to be out of the cabin by 10am on Sunday morning, we will not be accepting day trippers to the cabin on Sunday morning.  All weekend participants are encouraged to join us at no cost for our closing process at 10:15am at the First Landing picnic area and to join us for lunch at the nearby Plaza Azteca restaurant. Please see the event schedule for details.

Add-ons

Overnight accommodations (optional add-on, we still have a few cabin spaces available so we are leaving this available until Wednesday, March 8, 2017): $25 per night.  You may stay Friday night, Saturday night, or both nights. We are anticipating anywhere from 6 to 12 folks staying in the main cabin.  Depending on the number of folks interested in staying overnight, we may consider booking additional cabins. 

First Landing Parking Pass -- First Landing State Park requires that all vehicles purchase and display a parking pass.  If you pre-register by February 10, 2017, this will be included at no additional cost in your pre-registration fee. If you did not pre-register, you are responsible for purchasing your own Parking Pass at the entry gate to First Landing State Park for each day you attend. Parking Passes are $4 weekdays and $5 weekends (Virginia vehicles) and $6 weekdays and $7 weekends (out-of-state vehicles).

Other

Meals:  Meals are included in your registration cost.  If you have special dietary needs, please specify this on your registration form.

Special Health Needs: If you have any special health needs that we should know about, please include this information on your registration form.

Registration Form: All attendees who pre-pay online will be sent a registration form to the e-mail address associated with the PayPal account they use to pay. Please complete and return this at your earliest convenience.  This not only helps us to better plan the event, it gives you the opportunity to address any special needs you have in advance rather than at the last minute.

We will still accept payment at the door (cash only) for day trippers.
